Offered only at our Sandusky location, our fitness and pilates classes are designed to nurture your body and mind in an intimate, supportive setting. With small class sizes of just 5–6 participants, you’ll enjoy personalized attention from our expert instructors, ensuring every movement is intentional and every session leaves you feeling empowered, refreshed, and inspired.

Beginner Reformer Pilates focuses on introducing participants to the fundamentals of Pilates using the reformer machine. This class emphasizes proper form, alignment, and controlled movements to build strength and flexibility for newcomers.

Intermediate Reformer Pilates focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, and control through advanced reformer exercises. Participants will refine their techniques while challenging their bodies in a supportive and motivating environment.

Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness through controlled movements performed on a mat. This class is suitable for all levels and promotes a balanced physique while enhancing posture and alignment.

Adult Stretch focuses on enhancing flexibility and promoting relaxation through a series of guided stretches. Participants will learn techniques to improve muscle elasticity and reduce tension, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Kids Stretch is a playful 30-minute class that encourages mindfulness, flexibility, and strength through fun and engaging stretches tailored just for kids. Each session incorporates playful movements and breathing exercises in a creative environment to foster a positive connection with their bodies and minds. Ages 5-12 only.
Parent/guardian must stay during class. Parent/guardian participation is optional.

Have Fun & Be Kind
We strive to build an environment of positivity! Encourage yourself and those around you. We’re all here to get stronger together
Arrive on Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If more than 10 minutes late, you will not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons, and our cancellation policy will then apply
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations without 24 hour notice, no shows, or late arrivals will be charged the full cost of class
Grip Socks Required
Clean grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. No bare feet or regular socks
Inform of Injuries
Tell your instructor about any injuries, pain, or pregnancy before class starts so they can modify your movements if needed
Silence Cell Phones
Keep your phone on silent and away during class. This is your time to disconnect and focus on you
No Heavy Fragrance
Out of respect for others with sensitivities, please skip strong perfumes or lotions before coming to class
Listen To Your Body
Challenge yourself, but never push into pain. Modifications are always welcome
Wipe Down Equipment
Wipe down your reformer and any props after class with the provided cleaner
One Person Per Reformer
For your safety, no sharing reformers during class. Please stay in your assigned station
